From our sides and spreads, to our focaccia bread, everything is cooked from scratch in our open kitchen. We source only quality sustainable ingredients and ensure the freshest seasonal produce by partnering with several local producers during the core growing season. We are dedicated to whole ingredient conscious cooking and consumer transparency. We have several gluten-free as well as vegan options.

Our food offerings are influenced by traditional Italian cuisines with a contemporary spin. The menu changes regularly based on seasonal offerings and daily inspirations. Food is prepared to order and while we try our hardest to accommodate guests as fast as possible, a full entree may take up to 10 minutes to prepare.

Every drink we serve is made to order. Our espresso drinks are prepared meticulously on our twin Slayer Espresso machines and even our brewed coffee is prepared to order by the cup. With the combination of freshly roasted beans and our meticulous attention to every brewing variable, we’re confident it will be the best cup of coffee you have ever had.
